季後賽分區系列賽前兩戰，查普曼連奪救援成功，昨天第3戰8局下提前上工，在一、二壘有人時登板，結果搞砸救援機會；今天再登投手丘，完全主宰戰場，讓巨人毫無翻身機會。

查普曼面對3名打者，投13球全是直球，有12球超過100英里（最快102），最慢一球也有99英里，讓赫南德茲（Gorkys Hernandez）、史潘（Denard Span）、貝爾特（Brandon Belt）全部揮空三振。

查普曼對巨人4戰合計投3.1局，被揮出3支安打、失1分，飆出7次三振，小熊這次3勝紀錄，他全拿下救援成功。
